If you gave him your password and your username for your email account or for your messenger account then he can log in to your account and change the password to one only he knows. If he can get into your email he can read all your old emails. If you use the same password for multiple accounts, he can keep guessing at what accounts you might have and try the password. hello,Try logging into all the e-mails you remember and see if you can find an email from facebook in there. If you still can't remember which email address then ask one of your facebook friends to tell you what e-mail address facebook gives them for you.
or you can check also your yahoo mail if still active because that is the reason too that we can't log-in. hope it may help.

2. Retrieving your PIN through email
If you have added an email address when registering, you can simply go to http://password.mxit.com and fill in the details.
Your PIN will then be sent to the registered email address which you have entered enter.
Keep in mind that the email address must have been registered on your MXit profile before the PIN was lost.

you can check through your friends account and then you find out info of your account,collect your email address and then send a request form facebook that you forgot password. you will receive a mail about your password and then log in and cancel it
