I recently received message to view free videos promo on my mobile phone.from my free videos for mobiles.message i got said we just a free WAP link becuz this number was on our web site.the number on the free message is 19932226. i tried to call 3-times without success.i have sent mess to cancel promo.was not able to view any videos that they said were free..

i had the same problen text STOP to the number which sent you the text it will prob be a 6 digit number then ring 0800500212 and the operater will ask for the same 6 didgit number and will be able to get the money back they have took providing you have not used any of smarttxt the claim you have bought

I have had a similar problem when I first got my unlocked phone. I have T-mobile as well, and once they find out you have a phone device not purchased by them, they are not very helpful - they will give you their default mms settings(same ones listed on their site). I tried those settings and they did not work on the particular unlocked phone I had. I did some extensive web searching and came across a few settings that worked with my phone. I will list them here. Hope they work for you!

1. Open Menu > Settings > Connectivity tab. > Internet Settings > Internet profiles > New profile.
2. Press Add.
3. Open Name and type Loopwap.
4. Open Connect using > New Account > GPRS data.
5. Fill your parameters as shown below:

6. Press Save.
7. Highlight Loopwap and press Select and press Save.

17. To start WAP session return to Menu and open Internet services.

Installation instruction
1.You will receive a WAP configuration message for your phone.
2.The display shows: "[1] Message".
3.Press "View" and "Install".
4.Enter the PIN code 1234 and press "OK".
5.Press the "End call" button to return to the main screen.
6.Your phone has been configured.
7.Note: The settings will be rejected if the profile list is full.
8.To delete an existing setting, you need to perform a master reset of the phone.
Kindly restart your mobile once the installation is complete.
