I put 6g rollers in my 80cc vip scooter. now I can barely start it an while I am riding it wont stop revving even with the throttle turned back. it was very difficult to stop and dangerous as well. please help.

Throttle lever (pot) is not in center position. Return throttle lever
to center position, then turn scooter OFF then ON.

Check your ?il seals to crankshaft and freewheeling of the sting of the carburetor and gaskets to it.

The E100 is a Kick Start scooter, the Rear Wheel has to be Spun for it to start. This scooter will not start from a motionless position.

Could be the battery.
Put the Scooter on a block so the rear tire is raised. Remove the standing plate to reveal the battery compartment.
Charge the Unit completely

1. Using a multimeter measure the voltage across the batteries. If the voltage is below 20 volts batteries are dead - Replace batteries.
2. Now for a running test. Turn the throttle and spin the rear tire to preform a kick start. Still measuring the voltage. If the voltage is Below 20 volts or if the voltage drops quickly batteries are dead - Replace batteries.
3. If the voltage is remaining around 24 volts for a long period - then you could have connector problems, clean and tighten all connectors.
I use a fiberglass electronic cleaning brush, as contact cleaners leave residue that interfere with electrical connections.

A tip with air flow screw or mixture screw as I call it,is screw in all the way just so its snug not tight then count one an a half rotations back out and that's roughly pretty wow right, then listen to the exhaust note when revving up and down then you slightly a just the screw in or out un till you here a sweet spot in the acceleration and that's it to easy.cya Neil

If the throttle is stuck a little bit then it may not let you start it while the throttle is on

Sounds like you have a vacuum leak .check the vacuum hose that goes onto the throttle body

sounds like throttle cable problem, check handlebar throttle and the other end by the carberreta

Battery or battery cable connections. After you get it running make sure the charging system is working. Maybe riding it ran the battery dead from it not charging properly.

probably a dead battery or a bad battery will move you till the controller gets to a threshold voltage then it beeps and stops , testing this is easy turn on the scooter adjust the speed control to the lowest setting then start riding the scooter at full throttle then start turning up the speed controller if that produces the problem then the batteries need charged or replaced

carb could be clogged with trash even though fuel is gettin to carb the main jet could be blocked not letting fuel enter intake
