Could be throttle control not in centre position on switch on. check the throttle control or wig-wag is not loose.

hi , that's a brake issue , check the microswitch located on the brake , check the wiring connection to the brake and then the resistance, about 30 to 60 ohms ...

Hi. 5 flashes on some scooters is the fault code for brake coil open circuit. This usually means that the free-wheel lever is in the wrong position.
Someone might have moved the levers so that they could push the scooters, and forgot to put the levers back to the correct position.
This fault code can also mean that the solenoid coil is faulty, but 9 times out of 10, it is the lever in the wrong position.
