What is your computer's os? Go to Samsung and download your phone's usb driver. Get your model number... lots of different s ii types.http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads

You need a cable that plugs into your phone and with a standard USB connection to your computer. That will connect your phone to the computer, and hopefully your computer will recognize that phone. Second, you need software that will be able to how was your pictures. Most computers already have some sort of picture software. Then follow the prompts, for the download. Or you can drag and drop using Explorer? That is if you have a Windows operating system.
With little information, we can't assist you very well. What kind of phone do you have and what kind of computer do you have?
You should have received either a "sync" cable or a "USB charging" cable with your phone. Depending on the model phone and the type of computer you have, you can use this cable to connect your phone to your PC and then access the photo.
On your phone, go to the picture message and save the photo to your phone memory card.
Use the USB or Sync cable and connect it to your phone and then your PC. Let the PC recognize the phone and load the software (this may be different for a Mac).
Once the PC recognizes the phone, you can open WINDOWS EXPLORER and then browse to the cell phone and look at the files stored on the memory card.
Photos are typically saved in folders named (DCIM - short for Digital Camera IMages). Look for the photo. When you find it, you can simply right click the file name and COPY it then go to your Desktop and, again, right click an empty space and choose SAVE.
You can connect the phone to your computer with the included USB cable. When connected, follow the onscreen prompts to mount your SD card. This will allow you view the contents of your phone's SD card and transfer the files that you need.
Use USB cable. If your handset came with a USB cable or if you purchased a USB cable, connect your handset using the cable to your PC. Your PC should then show the contents of your Phone memory card (pictures, videos, musics) which can then be copied on to your PC. Please refer to pg. 120-125 of your Users' Manual for instructions to copy Music and Pictures.

There are two reasons you would want to connect to a PC.
1. As a modem so that you can access the internet through the phone, using its modem for dial up connection. To do this you have to install its drivers from the CD that came with the phone. Once installed and you have also installed Samsung PC Studio to the PC then connect the phone via the USB cable and your phone will be recognized through the CP Suite.
2. As an additional HDD to copy data to it, ie, music, videos etc. To enable this you have to go to phone settings and configure the phone as Mass Storage. Now when connected (even without the PC Suite, your phone will appear in My Computer as an additional drive and this can be used as any other drive to copy/move/paste etc operation.
from your
phone go to the main menu(select the following) - settings -
connections (usb setting- memory card). thats all you need to know for transfering pics music ect. then plug in your usb and it will read every file you are trying to get ahold of

well, im not the one who post it... but im going to give answers, ok here u go,... if your pc does'nt recognize it, you cant even place a call or recieve ...so that means ur fone is badly hurt... your firmware corrupted somehow.. it happens... so bring it back again to the repairman and tell this,, i'm not going to fix my lcd or anything , i just want you to do is flash my fone, firmware. (program) and only that.. just say plz... impersonating u'r also a some sort of tech....good luck.. and oops ... ur data's already vanish
