I believe that when an electronic device is described as 'bricked', that is because to all intents and purposes it is totally inert. You will probably have to replace it.
I have a photo that is 5164x2905 dimensions, 5164 pixels width, 2905 pixels in height and I am trying to resize to 8x10 photo. I don't know what to change those numbers too to equal an 8x10??

The Term "Pixels" in Digital Photography refers to the Resolution of the picture meaning how sharp,crisp or clear the picture is.
As far as resizing it, take it to a photo shop ( Walgreens, CVS, K-mart, Walmart, etc...) and tell them you want an 8X10 & they will print it for you.
Also if you want lower resolution pictures, you can go to Settings on your phone to adjust it. The higher the resolution the better the pictures look but the more memory they use on the phone.
