My Zeepad Android tablet won't charge! Like I'll plug it in and the light will come on, but it doesn't charge. It'll get a little bit like 7% and no matter how long I leave it plugged in, it REFUSES to charge! Even if I turn it off and charge it, it won't charge correctly and never gives me more than 7% charge. I've only had it for a couple days!

I can't charge my sell streak 7 (no orange and green color appear when plug in) moreover the unit can't turn on also.

I tyr hard rest also but no response at all

would you please suggest me how to do it

has anything been deleted from it when it has been plugged into a computer or has anything been deleted from the device itself from its root directory? if not and its gone like that by itself, it could be corrupted software or a missing root file which is usually bad at first, now what i know about some tablets is if it wont work theres a recovery file usually internally but this is in some tablets only that ive read about, i also have one but havent needed to try to restore it and it can be done from an engineering mode, this is possable by pressing the power button and another button like the home button at the same time once the unit is off untill it turns back on with options, but as for some models im not sure of but i will have to look this up at some stage as i am working on tablets at this time so unless you know what you are doing i wouldnt attempt it, once i have gotten through some tablets ill be able to give a better resolution on this subject with others. the advice ive given wont work for all as pressing power and home will start different options up on different tablets and versions.

Did you drain the battery completely and try to recharge it? A lot of people have problems if they drain the battery and recharge. I went through 3 A300 tablets before I figured out I had to recharge the tablet BEFORE it went dead or it would never start again. I don't know why but many brands have this problem. Also, do not shut it completely off when it is on the charger. Always take it off charge, or turn off before charging. I had another prestige that had to be replaced because I turned it off or on while charging. I have not found out why this happens to many tablets! Good luck!

You cannot use a computer USB port to charge a tablet, unlike charging a smartphone. You will have to use the supplied charger. If you really want to use the USB port to charge your Zeepad, you will need to custom-built a cable using any extra USB cable you can spare. Just change the connector at the remote end of the cable to one that suits your Zeepad's 5V DC IN socket. You are forwarned the connector is not easy to find.

Why when i turn on tablet android picture appears then black screen

When you turn it on, what should appear is a little lock that you slide down to unlock the screen. If you are getting a blank screen there is probably something technical wrong with your zeepad. I would contact the company,particularly if you are still under warranty. I have had mine almost a year and have had no problems with it. When not in use, I keep it plugged in to keep it charged up. Have you charged it the full 8 hours before using?: Other than that, I am at a loss as to your problem. Wish I could be more help.

Why wont my zeepad turn on

Check the battery is charged - it may be duff and nee replaced if it is not charging or your power adaptor may not be charging it - check it with a multimeter - the power socket on laptops andf tablets are very susceptible to damage - if that fails then plug it into a pc using the usb port - it will charge very slowly as usb only has a very low charge current but be patient and if it charges up after 12 hours using the usb method you will know one way or another whether its the battery or the power socket or charger.

both of my charging ports on my zeepad are TOO LOOSE and wont make contact anymore, i need both ports so i can repair it myself, im so disapointed in the quality of the charging ports, one is a usb aanother is a skinny pin type...I really need the ports from someplace..

Is there a charging indication? if so, keep it off, and leave it plugged in, for a long time. I'd say a few hours to a day. Then try to turn it on.
