Plug it into a pc .
Some JVC Everio have a Micro SD slot you can put a card into it. If it is a large SD card inside you can then transfer the contents onto it to put into other devices.

Do you mean charge the batteries? If they are no rechargable then change the batteries. You can only turn on a battery powered camera if it has the correct batteries.

  • spy1309 Jan 02, 2015

The camera comes with a rechargable battery, you can't change the with something like lets say AA, or AAA batteries.

You will need either the camera power supply or a charged battery, if don't have a power supply for camera or a charged battery there is no way around it.

My Samsung ST500 is not turning on

It's possible that the battery may have lost its charge after being unused for such a long period of time. I recommend trying to charge the battery for a few hours and then attempting to turn the camera on again. If the camera still does not turn on after the battery is charged, there may be an issue with the battery or the camera itself.

If the battery is not the issue, there are a few other things you can try:
1. Make sure that the camera is not in "sleep" mode. If the camera has been inactive for a long period of time, it may enter sleep mode and appear to be off. Try pressing the power button to wake the camera.
2. Check that the memory card is properly inserted and seated in the camera. If the memory card is not properly seated or is corrupted, the camera may not be able to access it and may not turn on. Given this point, try to recover data from the corrupted memory card using data recovery software, such as iBoysoft Data Recovery (https://iboysoft.com/), a professional file retrieval program that can be used to recover deleted or lost data from different types of storage devices (HDDs, SSDs, SD cards, USB flash drives, memory cards, etc.).
3. Check for physical damage: Inspect the camera for any visible physical damage, such as cracks or dents.
4. If none of the above steps resolve the issue, there may be a problem with the camera's hardware. In this case, it is recommended that you contact Samsung customer service for further assistance.

Alba camera installed ok on my laptop but how do i turn it on

The Alba camera is used to make pictures, not to connect to a computer. You only connect it to a computer, to retrieve the pictures from the memory. As soon as you connect a USB cable to the camera, it expects a computer to ask do send the pictures one by one or some camera's can charge the battery via the USB port.

My camera turns off with the lens half way in, and when i try to turn it on it makes a beeping sound and the red light flashes . the screen stays blank/black, whats the problem how can i fix it??????

Hi, it could be that the lens got some dust or even sand particles between the lens covers. You might need to take it in to your local camera repair shop for a more detailed answer, but I had the same issue with my lens cover that only closed half.

Hope this helps.

My fine pix viewer will not download my pictures it has always worked before

A few problems could be present. You may be low on battery. Make sure your camera battery is charged. Second, make sure you are using the correct cord to download. Third, make sure the cord is plugged into the computer. Restart your computer. Then, when your camera is turned off, plug the cord into the camera. Turn the camera ON. This should work. If not, there may be a problem with the cord or with the camera, or your software.

As a last resort....
If your camera works fine otherwise, you can purchase a memory card reader and retrieve your images that way...or take them into the drugstore photo department and have them printed or put on a disk for you.

I have mistakenly deleted all the photos in my camera, Chameleon Mega. Are there any ways that I can retrieve them back? Thank you

If you deleted them on a computer, check the recycle bin. Otherwise you can try a memory card recovery with the vendor of the camera but I think they charge.

How do u retrieve photos that have been saved on camera(sp-550 uz)memory not a picture card

With the camera's power off, remove the memory card.

Turn on the camera's power.

Retrieve the photos, as you ordinarily would do, were the memory card still in the camera. If you have the USB cable connected, then you can move the photos to your PC's hard drive, using either the camera's software, or Windows Explorer.

My camera lense won't close even when i turn it off & on. i have tried to turn it off and on the screen only goes on & immediately turns off. the green light in the corner flashes so i know that...

Make sure that you are installing a fresh/ full charge battery
Here are the steps:
1. Make sure you will install a new or fully charged battery/batteries into your camera.
2. Clean the battery contacts.
a. Remove the battery/batteries and the memory card from your camera, then wipe the battery contacts with a soft, clean cloth.
b. Reinstall the battery/batteries into your camera
3. Without the memory card, turn on your camera.
4. Pls test with an alt. batt.
If you do not have access to a dif. battery.
Pls. take the batt out of the camera. Insert the charger into the unit from the main socket and turn the camera on. If the camera works you will need to replace the batt. If not you will need to order a No power repair.

Casio EXILIM can't connect with the USB to retrieve pictures

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

Try using rechargable batterys in it. They work good in mine.if you dont have an SD card in it, it will only take a couple of minutes of video.
