Speria 10x mini touchscreen not working I can not unlock

you dropped your smartphone?
Try to manual reset your phone by the reset button, it is located in the back side under the battery cover in the left lower corner of the IMEI sticker.
If this don't work probably the touch is broken and you have to replace it.

Need to reset sony ericsson xperia 10x cell phone

Hi,

The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is highly customizable and you have been hard at work tweaking it to your liking, but now the fun is over and you want to return it to its factory settings again.

Here, we show you how to hard reset the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 with step by step instructions.

Please note that all data will be deleted from the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 as a result of this procedure. This process may or may not delete data stored on the microSD card. We recommend backing up all of your personal data before proceeding.

First, try this:

1. From the main home screen, tap menu
2. Tap Settings, then SD card & phone storage
3. Tap Factory data reset
4. Tap Reset phone
5. Enter your password, then tap Erase everything to confirm

If that doesn't work, or if your phone is frozen:

1. Turn the power off. If your Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it
2. Hold the Left and right buttons located beneath the display
3. Press and release the Power button
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to hard reset your Xperia X10

All data including third-party applications will be deleted from the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. Once the wipe is complete, the phone will reboot to its factory fresh state.

Regards.
