Default passwords are normally 0000 or the last 4 digits of the account holders social security number. however, if you have already set a custom password on your phone, the default will be of no use.

To change your password, you'll first have to enter your
current password. You'll then need to enter your new password and
confirm it. Make sure the new password is something you can easily
remember. If you lock your phone and forget your password, you'll have
to enter your phone's PIN Unblocking Key (PUK) or call your cellular
service provider to get an unlock code, either of which can be a hassle.
yep that same exact thing happen too me, what u have too do is probably go too a phone store and get it reset or unlocked and then ask them too put a password and u will be set
you can try the last for the phone number, but if its a custom code, calling into customer service can help you unlock it or going to a service and repair center
Take the device to your nearest carrier for a "hard reset". This will set the handset back to factor defaults, but will allow you to USE the phone again. Sorry. Thanks.
Make sure you do as it says on the pairing section. i was having the same problem (no devices found) until i followed as it said on #2, when wep200 is off press the multi-function key until the blue light comes on solid approximately 8 secs. I have a samsung instinct and it read just fine after that.
