Make sure you do as it says on the pairing section. i was having the same problem (no devices found) until i followed as it said on #2, when wep200 is off press the multi-function key until the blue light comes on solid approximately 8 secs. I have a samsung instinct and it read just fine after that.

sorry to let you know but sony w180 does not suort an A2DP profile,
which is necessary to listen music wirelessly. so u'll have to change ur handset if
u want to listen to music via ur bluetooth headset.!!

I've same problem, and I can't turn it On

Is this Blackberry a corporate Blackberry, there may be some corporate policy blocking bluetooth connection. Check with your company IT support. Are you able to discover and connect to other Bluetooth devices? To put the WEP200 into pairing mode, the user must ensure the headset is off then press and hold the multi-function button for eight seconds, or until the LED glows a steady blue. Samsung uses the standard "0000" as the pairing code for the device. Hope this helps
