Get a copy of the "BlueSoleil" software. That software will allow you to use the audio services of your bluetooth headset.

I think i know why your bluetooth goes red then green. It is because your using a wrong charger like different make of the the charger or is it you never use it for a long time so is completely dead and you have to buy a new charger or bluetooth.

The Samsung WEP-150 passkey (or PIN, or pairing code) is '0000' (four zeros).
