There is more than one provider of prison commissary MP3 players.
I believe the Federal Bureau of Prisons SanDisk MP3 players (and the music for them) are sold through Advanced Technology Group (ATG). Regarding the ATG Federal prison provided MP3 player, see the information here: http://www.corrlinks.com/MP3Reset/
On that page, choose the link for Working MP3 Player Released Inmate. Note: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software (free.) The document for that link is a PDF document. Follow the instructions provided in the 2-page PDF document.
It's a mp3 player that we got in prison. It's locked with software that won't allow us to connect it to a computer and manage files unless we pay a $25 unlocking fee. We're trying to find out if there's a way to get around the software that has locked our files(that we paid for) in our player. It's not the switch eather. That's only for locking the key pad.
I have just got a used AMP'D Maxx mp3 and I would like to get the answer to unlocking the security lock also access says that upon release can spend 25.00 to unlock this device but where do we send it and who do we contact please contact me at [email protected]
