Look in the manual under maintenance minder i believe. you match the Letter and the Number(s).

speeds or trailer towing results in higher
transmission temperatures.
This requires transmission fluidchanges more
frequently than recommended by the Maintenance
Minder. If you regularly drive your vehicle under these
conditions, have the transmission fluidchanged
every 30,000 miles (48,000 km).

Yes you can, all you need to do is a normal brake service. The run flat tires are nothing special for your task. You remove the wheels as would any other vehicle.
