Just bought a Roberts WM201, but when I try to connect it to my broadband I get the message "Network not supported". What to do?

Sounds to me like you got a new router and named it the same as your old network.

Well to connect to the router you will have to delete your old network from your list. You have to click on Manage Wireless Networks and delete the old network. After that you should be able to connect to your new router.

My new LG P970 won't connect to my home wifi network. I've spent hours trying to get it to connect without success.

Go to settings, wireless networks, access points and then hit menu button then add access point and enter same address as the one that you are currently connected to then select the access point you just made and problem should be solved, reason why is there was a default proxy, this should fix your problem

My phone keeps saying there is aproblem connecting to gprs service in your registered home network

All phones need APN setting to make them work for gprs or data functions.
You can find the settings from your network operator and then you can follow this video guide on how to enter APN settings in any HTC phone.
This is a tutorial on how to add APN settings to HTC phones for your network providers. Example phone used is a HTC Hero but process is same for all HTC models.
APN and Data Settings Change for HTC Phones
  1. Go to settings -> wireless controls
  2. Go to Mobile Networks -> Access Point Names
  3. Click Menu and select New APN
  4. All you need to add for most networks is just the APN setting which can be obtained from your simcards network provider
  5. Press Menu and Save
  6. You are ready and have configured data connection settings.

Wireless router connection problems

Assuming "cannot connect to linksys router directly" means you cannot connect to a Wireless Lan managed by Linksys router,
1) try to connect new computer to LinkSys Router using a Lan cable, add new PC to your network.
2) recover protocol (WEP or WPA) and Key of WLAN (Passphrase or Key: TKIP or AES) either from other PC on same network either from your Router.
3) If you missed actual key you must connect to router and reset it to a new key to be eventually used for every connected device.
Call for detail on this possibility
