I have a jacuzzi 1/2 hp submersible well pump. Does this need any regular maintainance to keep it happy.

No preventative maintenance is necessary. However, a happy pump always has water above it and should not pump sand. If the water level in the well is below the pump/motor they will overheat. If this is a problem your local pump company can install a module to protect your pump from this type of event.

I have a Jacuzzi model S6b submersible pump in my old house installed on 7-3-1970 works great but the steel 1'' water pipe is rusted and does not hold pressure do I install a new pump when I pull it to fix the pipe

My Flotec pump runs 5 seconds shuts off for 30

fully submerse pump in bucket of water, tilt to get all air bubles out,(keep hose off) plug in and it should work fine

How do you wire a 2 wire Franklin 1/2 HP 10 GPM

you can just install a regular plug to the end of the wires and plug it in,, but you will need to add a ground wire,, if there is only 2 wires there should be 3 so look for a screw with a spiral clasp on it for the ground,,
