You can enable visual voicemail by following these steps:

1. From the Today screen, tap Main Menu > Visual Voicemail.
2. An informational message plays. Tap NEXT when it ends.

Voice mail is usually set on first button (number one) of dialer and when you press it for long time you get an message to set the voice mail number if not set earlier or by default. Just ask your provider for voice mail number and put it when requested.

hi, if you can't use your voice mail, maybe you can use your answering machine in your jet itself... just configure your answering machine to simply answer all your phone calls, if you are busy.. it will record all callers messages...
it is actually the alternative for your voice mail..
to switch on your voice mail, if you prefer to use the network service. you may try the following steps.. 1. press settings.. 2. on your settings, select applications 3. on your applications, select all calls 4. on your all call settings, select your voice mail and input your voice mail service number.. 5. once finished, select save, and exit your settings menu.. 6. to check if it's working.. use another phone to call your number, but be reminded that if your built in answering machine is on, turn if off..

Access the main menu of your Samsung Go Phone. Hold the #1 key down until you are connected to the voice mail system. If for some reason pressing the #1 key doesn't connect you to voice mail then call customer service at 1-800-331-0500. You will be connected with an operator who can help you troubleshoot the voice mail problems on your Go Phone.

2 Follow the voice prompts and select "Listen to Messages" from the list of options. Bear in mind that checking voice mail on a Samsung Go Phone will count against your prepaid minutes.

3 Once you have finished you can select the "Delete Message" option from the voice prompt if you wish to clear your voice mail messages. If not, you can simply press "clear" or hang up the phone to leave the voice mail system.

If an Engineer has previously set up a Mail Box on your Voice Mail, then you need to assign a VMMSG button to that extension. this will allow access to your Voice Mail. Note: Once your voice mail account has been set up, you can use the Voice Mail folder (under the Message menu) to view details of voice messages in your voice mail box.
