make sure gas valve is open, and run switch is ON. I'm not a fan of B&S engines. I have a Generac generator with NO problems.Pull start the unit and let run for 5 mins. Turn off. Now try the electric start.If it does not start, you have an elctical problem when using starter. Make sure battery is fully charged before starting. Hope it helps.

Our motorhome Onan 5000 Marquis generator will turn over and try to start but fails everytime we test. We have primed, gas and oil are fine and we have new spark plugs. We also changed the gas filter on the generator. Any suggestion? Thanks, Loretta

the sparkplugs , wires , coils , and other ignition parts are possibly wet. let it dry out, may be quicker if you have compressed air to dry out those parts and their electrical connections.

Try and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home Button for more than 5 seconds. The Apple logo should appear and the phone should start.

If it was installed only five months ago, it should still be under warranty. Call Home Depot and have them send out a repair person.
