A 59.4 error is a failure of the main cartridge drive motor. Sometimes this can be triggered by a cartridge that does not turn freely. Try turning the machine off and leave it for about five minutes and then turn back on. If that does not work, replace the cartridge and try again. If that does not cure it then the motor will need to be replaced, assuming that no one has been monkeying around inside the printer because we sometimes get this error if motor connector is left off.
