If the unit is frozen, it might be easiest to let the battery completely die. Most low end tablets can only be hard reset by taking them apart and unplugging the battery. Once the battery dies you can plug it in and charge it and reboot.
got same problem on my alcatel android phone. it has somethiing to do with heat sensor. I install toogle notification and put battery temperature as notification bar icon. whenever I used the phone for heavy app or charge it with hi-amp charger until it get above 38 degree, it will keep restarting. if it happend, no choice except remove battery until it cool back down.
Two possibilities:
1.- Be sure the battery is charged. There has to be some indication that the tablet is being charged.
If you can turn on the table when plugged in to the charger, and it dies soon after unplugging it, the tablet's battery may need replacement.
2.- The other possibility is that the tablet is dead...
1. Turnn completly off the tablet.
2. With the tablet turned off, holding the return button while turning on the tablet-pressing power button. Keep holding the return button until you see the Hard Factory reset screen.
3. Confirm the hard reset procedure. Once done, simply wait until process has finished-the tablet will restart. This process can take up to 30 minutes, so it's very important that the battery of the tablet is completly charged before attempting the hard reset. If you can connect it to the charger while resetting, even better.

Hi Lesy, let the tablet run out of power or more to the point make it run out of battery then wait 6 hours then fully charge it before turning on. Cheers Greg.
