The 2002 motor not sqirting water out the motor anymore

Your question is rather ambiguous and does not have much detail about what you are seeing. Are you referring to the windshield washer fluid that is supposed to spray on the windshield when you select that function?

The only water that is supposed to be coming from the motor itself is burned hydrogen coming out of the tail pipe (water dripping from the pipe). If you have had water coming out of the engine or its hoses under the hood, and now you don't, you may have just lost a major share of your coolant to a leak, and risk damaging the engine by overheating it. When the engine is cold (never do this when it is hot!), remove the radiator cap and check to see if the coolant level is up to the top of the radiator. If it is not you may have a coolant leak. If so, get the leak repaired ASAP and add the coolant specified by the owner's manual.

Were you seeing the water under the car only when you ran the air conditioning? This is normal in humid weather, the chiller section of the air conditioning condenses water out of the air and drips it onto the ground; however if the air is very dry, any condensation evaporates off of the chiller instead of dripping. If you don't see any water dripping underneath the car when the A/C is running, and the weather is humid, either the A/C isn't working (the inside of the car stays hot), or the condensate drain is plugged up and should be cleaned to prevent corrosion problems.

My sunbeam chest freezer is pouring water out the bottom,

Probably drains during defrost cycle. It might be missing drip pan at bottom. Check for any missing parts at bottom.

Leaking water under the drip tray

First, be sure to regularly push a straightened paper clip in that nozzle! It can get clogged with coffee grinds quite easily.

Then call Sunbeam and tell them you want the waste chute extender. It's a little plastic tube that fits over the nozzle to extend it further into the drip tray. Truth be told, you could probable push a 2cm piece of 3mm aquarium pump air tubing over it.

What is an inline water chiller?

An in-line water chiller is equipped with internal cooling coils. Water is pumped out of the aquarium, into the chiller where it is cooled, and then back to the aquarium again. An in-line chiller can be placed away from the aquarium and is therefore easier to hide.

Water fliter

For a GE (which you posted under) just turn the filter a quarter turn counter clockwise to remove the old filter. Water will shut off automatically, so you will only loose a few drips. Install new filter by lining up arrow/ cheveron and turning quarter turn clockwise.

Water dripping right front of 05 pt cruiser did not use ac

If it's water, not coolant, it's likely some residual sloshing around in the bottom of the heater box. If antifreeze, you need to look and find the source.

Refrigerator leaking water

This sounds like the water line from the icemaker and the cool water reservior inside the refridgerator side. The line is a rigid plastic hose and could be a leak at one point that is small enough to allow water to run along the line. Also sounds like you have a humidity problem. Check the door seals and wipe them off and apply a thin coat of die-electric grease to the seal. this will help keep it pliable and soft.
The water in the bottom leaks into a trough that is made into the fridge. This usaully evaporates, This is for the auto-defrost. It keeps the water from getting on the floor.
Check to see if the outer door gets hot at the edges. If not, It may not be auto-defrosting.
I would first check the water line first as this seems to be a more serious issue right now. The line is probably loose at one of the connections between the ice maker and water reservior.
