SOURCE: How do you change the tube on the E300's rear

Just buy a new rear wheel. The wheel is not meant to come apart without breaking a couple fingers in return. Besides the new tube is about 15 dollars add the shipping and for another 20 dollars you can get it brand new complete, wheel, tube, rim, axle. I'm not saying it can't be done but why put yourself through this.

CHANGING A REAR TIRE ON EZIP ELECTRIC BIKE

by controller box there is a plug 5-8 wires. unhook them. Open the box and buy a gator-skin or Kevlar tyre and liner with puncture proof tube and relax for next 3 years. Dont be cheap on rear, it can be a pain and be careful of wires on axle. don't stress them. 2 person job sometimes. get zipties too.

How do I change the inner tube on my rear tire

This is no easy task!
You will need to remove the rear wheel to access the wheel, tire, and inner tube
Unless you have a single speed rear axle, you will be needing to disconnect the multi-speed gearing, which you may not really enjoy.
God bless your efforts.

Remove rear wheel with either a 15 mm or a 17 mm wrench. Take the tire off the wheel. If you are replacing a tire, reverse procedure. If you have a flat, replace inner tube, then reverse procedure

How to put air in tire of e300 razor

  1. rotate the rear wheel until the hole in the sprocket lines up with the tyre valve.
  2. insert the tyre valve extension through the hole and attach it to the tyre valve
  3. inflate the tyre to the correct pressure (usually 45psi)
  4. remove valve extension and put in a safe place for next time.
Inflating the rear tyre is detailed in the owners manual, which you can download from the Razor web site.

When i push the thumb control down the motor comes on and the chain turns but the rear tire does not what is causing this? thank you

If the sprocket and chain turn on the rear wheel, it sounds like the freewheel on the rear tire is faulty.

Change rear inner tube

mcdevito75 here, Generally the tire wold have to come off the axle, this requires tools, then the inner tube would need to be tested for leaks in a tub of water. BEST BET, let a tire repair shop in your area do the job.

97 taurus GL inner tie rods

You have to have a special tool like this
http://motors.shop.ebay.com/items/Parts-Accessories_Automotive-Tools__W0QQ_nkwZfordQ20innerQ20tieQ20rodQ20toolQQ_fromfsbZQQ_trksidZm270Q2el1313QQ_odkwZQQ_osacatZPartsQ2dAccessoriesQ5fAutomotiveQ2dTools

Disconnect the outer tie rod and remove, then remove boot, then use special tool to remove inner tie rod. You will then have to have it aligned. You can use a tape measure to get it close enough to drive, just mark one of the grooves in the tire so you are measuring the exact same points, measure from tire to tire in the front of front tires then take a measurement at the rear of front tires and adjust the outer tire rods until the measurements are pretty close to equal.
