Yes, mine were successfully RESET from the error code SC:552 and SC:302. Machines runs good, but i about to wander what could be faulty inside, it took one month after error code 302 exist. Mine was exactly DSM615 same model same error code 302 (this is really 302) which resolved by reset. Hopefully machine will run good for two months.
To RESET it
1. Press Yellow button
2. Press 1, 0, 7
3. Hold Orange button for 3 seconds
4. Select MODE 5
5. Select Clear Memory (or something like it) (801)
6. Select 002-Engine
7. Select EXECUTE
8. Turn the switch off and leave it for a minute
9. Turn back machine On.
10. Done, or else there could possibly something else.
01. Press Clear/Stop Key (Yellow key) 2 tram
02. type 107
03. press Hold down Clear key 5 secend ( Red key)
04. type 5 and press # or Ok
05. type 810 and Press # of Ok
then machine Of and On
Press 'Function Clear', 1, 0, 7, then press and hold 'Clear/Stop' button for 3 secands. Machine displays SP Mode. Now turn MAIN power switch off for 5 seconds. Turn MAIN power switch back on. This should reset SC 547 code. (Main power switch is located on the left side of the copier)
you could try and reset in service mode yourself.. try this press the yellow clear button above the number pad then enter 107 then hold down the stop button for about 5 secs .. the screen will change then turn off the machine and wait 5 secs turn back on.. Im not sure why you are getting teh code 305 as this machine doesnt have a corona wire cleaner.. is the code correct?.. good luck
