How do I clear misfeed.
In most cases where the machine says there is a jam, and there is no paper in the paper path, it's because the paper never got out of the paper drawer and didn't reach the 1st jam sensor. If you can open the machine and it resets, then chances are the paper feed roller is either slipping or in some cases not turning at all. If you can't clear the jam by turning off the machine, and back on, then you have a bad jam setect sensor or perhaps a small piece of paper lodged on the jam sensor. This will take some additional troubleshooting on your part. Need to know if the jam indicator goes away when you restart the machine. Let me know and I'll try to guide you from that point.

HOW DO YOU CORRECT A SKEWED COPY ON THE COPIER?
First you need to determine if it is optical skew or mechanical skew.
If the machine is used as a printer then do the computer prints come out skewed? If it is not connected to a PC then print out the counter list using UserTools/Counter. If that prints straight then you are dealing with optical skew. Ricoh's in general are bad about the left front corner of the machine drooping from someone pushing down on that corner. If you have optical skew try lifting up the left front corner of the copier and try making a copy. That might fix your problem.
If the UserTools/Couter print out is skewed then your back to a mechanical skew and there are numerous causes for that.
The optical skew is more likely so let's start there.
