Power is ok out of the wall? different plug, plug is well connected to the machine? check it plug in tight. on surge protector get a new one. Main power switch OK any indicators on at all?

sir, MFP board (MFPB) not receiving SIO receiving port...ADF ADF (Document feeder) not talking to main board.have tech come out might need to be re-flashed worse case both board need to be replaced
