Not sure what software or driver you are using. Here is the product page. www.eaton.com/3105. Eaton bought Powerware a while back and not it's called the Eaton 3105. You can contact Eaton for additional support.
Your problem is showing up under the Powerware 9305 (a very large UPS) but your comments are about the 3105. It sounds like your battery is dead. If your UPS is over 3-5 years old, that's most likely the case. The website address to view the user manual is www.eaton.com/3105 You can contact Eaton directly, too. Eaton bought Powerware about 6 years ago. Here's the contact info. Be sure to have your serial and model numbers ready from the rating label on your UPS.

Eaton purchased Powerware and retained the service organization so there are lots of people trained to service this unit. It's hard to pinpoint the issue without more information. You may just need to replace the batteries. I encourage you to reach out to Eaton (Eaton purchased Powerware about 6 years ago).
