It not your battery problem . Your overload protection is on to reset this protection. You can't reset the protection to give help from service expert.

The 9150 had a couple of different Extended Battery Cabinets for longer runtimes but the 9150 was discontinued so I suggest you reach out to Eaton's service department.

Alarm mode question

sounds like battery failed, check the connections and clean them, then try it again. see if the battery is ok, check voltage, and shake the battery, if you hear little objects rattle inside, it is bad. i hope this is helpful,good luck,glen also consider the unit could be shot.

Hi. I have a powerware ups 9120 3va and my external pack of batteries is swelling up and it's the second batch of batteries I replaced. What could be the problem

Sounds like it is not regulating the voltage and current charging the batteries. Consult a service manual to look for a repair method.

What is "neutral fault" alarm in powerware 9155 ups indicate ?

It either means the ground wire in extension cord is not there or is open. It could also mean that the outlet wasn't wired with a ground back to the panel.
