On a 220-230 V ac motor black and white are both hot legs On the lable on the side of the motor there is a diagram that tells you what wires go where. The 2 brown go to a capacitor. if there is a red and blue thoes are speed taps. You would use either in place of the black for slow or Med speed.

Air Leak between MAF & Throttle Body
Bad TPS
Bad MAF

With the MAF disconnected you have no way to
monitor the air intake or air temp.

I would suggest you let a repair shop diagnose your issues

If you can alter the speed, there will be a dial on the armrests to turn it down, i presume you have 4mph and 8mph,the dial will adjust the speed , so that it takes longer to reach 8mph.
