for testing, place the green crt board on the red crt and see if the red crt lights up and the green does not. If the green does not light up then check for 200+ volts on the collector or the output transistor. if you have that kind of voltage thee then check for an open resistor. If not then make sure the transistor is not shorted

First try advesting the screen controls for each CRT.
The problem cound be OVERHEATED COMPONENTS ON THE CRT PWBs
Any of the following components could cause this: Q805 Q855 Q8A5 Q804 Q854 Q8A4 R815 R865 R8C5 R813 R863 R8C3 R814 R864 R8C4.
You did not give much information to work with it may be time to call a TV Tech.

For me to help you (I think I know what is wrong and it is fairly simple to correct) I need to ASK you something.
If you turn the color all the way to zero and go to a channel that is in black and white, what color is the screen?
If it is red or redish a simple adjustment will correct this problem.
Is the picture with color down to zero on a black and white channel (old movies) red looking?
