SOURCE: Installing the propane tank

Mine was really putsy. I inherited a neighbors on Tues this week. When you do get it in the correct position the tank will sit perfectly upright.(not angled at all) the back of the top part of the tank (the protective wall around the fittings) will be towards the center of grill. the wire rack will not easily slide over the lip(protective wall), but it does slide over tightly. (you'll know if the bracket was installed upside down because it's too low to work upside down) When it slides forcefully over lip the tank is upright and not angled. I had to putz with mine for quite a while, but the tank fits and is snug. Hope this helps,
Terri

You can get the manual on the link below. Make sure you have the right regulator for the propane and not one for Natural Gas.

Need the regulator and hose assembly for Grill 2 go Thermos grill MD 465630003. I live in Aurora CO. Are there stores here that carry them? If so please advise.

Most hardware stores and home improvement centers, that sell grills and accessories carry Hose/Regulator Assemblies. They cost around $30.00. Take your old one with you for comparison purposes.

Happy Grilling and thanks for choosing FixYa.

How does the burner connect to the regulator for the thermos Millennium 4000

In most grills, the burner is "seated" on the valve, the valve is attached to the manifold, and the manifold is connected to the gas hose and regulator.
