If you're looking for new cooking grates, you can either purchase them directly from Thermos @ their online website. Or you can save money and use generic ones that will fit your model grill. Most of the home centers, hardware stores and big box discount stores, sell universal fit generic ones, that will fit most grills. Measure yours for the size you need and pay one or two of them a visit.

In most grills, the burner is "seated" on the valve, the valve is attached to the manifold, and the manifold is connected to the gas hose and regulator.

Ive replaced the gas tank and make sure valve is on tight but the flame is still weak!?

with the gas bottle turned on make up some washing up liquid in a bowl bursh it on joints to see if you have a leak it will bubble up if you have , the try it with burner on on the gas controls

Mine was really putsy. I inherited a neighbors on Tues this week. When you do get it in the correct position the tank will sit perfectly upright.(not angled at all) the back of the top part of the tank (the protective wall around the fittings) will be towards the center of grill. the wire rack will not easily slide over the lip(protective wall), but it does slide over tightly. (you'll know if the bracket was installed upside down because it's too low to work upside down) When it slides forcefully over lip the tank is upright and not angled. I had to putz with mine for quite a while, but the tank fits and is snug. Hope this helps,

Typically, if a product is discontinued, you will have much more trouble trying to find parts. You CAN ask the Manufacturer if they are aware of any universal parts that are comparable. I just don't think this would help you that much. I'd recommend you get a new product.
