Your pin is something nobody else will know.
not even your carrier.I could suggest ways you could
try but would take for ever.
I therefore say to you as l do others,go to youtube
and you will, once you have typed in what you need and
be brief, have several videos come up to choose from.
Best part you can bookmark it and watch as many times
as you wish,or grab the circle at bottom and move back as
far as you wish. Use youtube for everything you need to know.

take it to your service provider. They should be able to fix your issue.No easey way around it, unless you don't mind losing ALL your info.
