The Samsung T239 actually DOES NOT have an MicroSD slot. :( bummer! The device is and T-Mobile PREPAID device and this device is actually sold and manufactured without and MicroSD slot. There are acutally 3 different versions of this phone. There are unfortunaltly 2 without SD card slots. All 3 are on different carriers. T-Mobile:NO 02-UK:NO FiDO:YES

i gues you have dropped it or it got wet. Bring it to your local telephone shop and ask to clean it. That only cost like 10 dollars and when they put it back together the align the keyboard

if the default one was changed (1234, 0000 or 000000), then the other option is to master reset your phone. this will however, clear all data you have but will as well remove the unlock code.
if ok, enter *2767*3855# ( with no simcard inserted) and allow it to restart.
