Wellcraft has a web site. Have you talked to them? The oldest owners manual I saw was 96. I don't know if 96 and 94 would have the same information? I found this info in 96 owners manual at the site.

If you have inspected all of the fuses in the main fusebox, and they are OK, your problem is going to lie inside the instrument cluster itself.

no we don't, go on ebay and buy a used owners manual, they are cheap to buy there. here is a link to an auctuion for one such manual on ebay, just $8

Glove light might just need a new bulb. Rear defrost is usually on a separate fuse or relay. Look up fuses in your owners manual and see which fuses you need to check.

Lift the hood. Just below the screen, opposite side from battery, you'll see a plastic cover shielding the engine management, abs control box etc. If you search around there after removing the shield/ cover you will find a relay with a fuse plugged into the top of it. This is the pump / system relay.
