If you've used the machine for awhile, and you have not cleaned/descaled it, it may be clogged with mineral deposits. Citric acid, a white natural mild acid is a good descaler. It comes in powder form and readily dissolves in water. You can locate citric acid on the web (ebay). White vinegar also works, about 1/2 & 1/2 with water. Run the solution through the machine to descale it. It may take a few treatments to get all the mineral deposits out. Use about 2 tbsp of baking soda in water afterwards to neutralize the acid.Hope this Helps!!

Grinder spins. Hopper is full of beans. Why is no ground coffee dispensed?

You will probably find that the grinder is bunged up with grounds. This can happen if there is a bit too much steam inside the housings. The grounds bind together and will not drop with gravity. Pull the grinder apart, clean it out then run it with the top housing off and see if you can observe any leaks/steam. There will be some steam, you are looking for excessive steam.

The alarm light to empty the coffe grounds drawer AND the descaling light flash alternately I cleaned the brew group. Machine comes ready, but when I press to make a coffee it comes back with alternate...

Hi, the problem with your machine is with the grinder motor (not working). As soon as you press the coffee the CPU senses the motor is out of circuit and the lights start flashing alternately.
You can test it by doing this. Press and hold the steam button and switch on the machine, you will see the lights going around in anticlockwise direction. Release the button then turn the dial to left (Min) and press the steam button the grinder should work. The dial on the right (Max) the brew group will come up..and half way it will come back to normal position. Press the coffee button in that position will work the pump. Servicecenter can fix this if the machine is less than 2 year old FOC.

Grinder blocked

One posible problem is the coffee shute. This is leading aslo to the passage where you put the grinded coffee and cleaning tablets. This might have be clocked from dry coffee mixed with humitity or steam. So you can use a bending brush similar to the one used to clean babes milk bottles and at the same time vacum with air vacum cleaner.
You can make perfect cleaning if you remove the top platic panel and visual check that everything are perfectly cleaned.
The last thing that is possible for the problem is weak ginder motor which have lost its power so it can grinds but not have the power to push the grinded coffee all the way through chute to the coffee group. In this case you will need new grinder motor.
Hope that this can help you, good luck.

I Have descaled my Saeco Odea Go but still it doesnt brew coffee

That is serious, that means the grinder is jammed or not working. To check the components of the machine follow these instructions.
Press and hold the steam button and turn on the machine, when you see the lights going around in anticlockwise direction, release the button. Turn the coffee dial to the left and press the steam button, the grinder should turn. Dial on the right and pressing coffee ****. water pump runs. Press steam ****. brew group go up, dial 1/4 to left B/Group down.
If grinder not turning the motor is bad. Hope it will help to find out.

No Steam, No Coffee!

The steam boiler, might be damaged, or the main board is not sending power to the steam boiler. Open machine and check resistance on steam boiler elements.

Water but no coffee

Your grinder needs cleaning- are you using oily beans and/or storing beans in refrig/freezer. Both are a problem for grinder. Also, grinder should not be set to "fine"- it will definitely cause clogging and the situation you point out.. After celaning grinder, will need to re-set it.

PUFF OF STEAM,CONDENSATION,GRINDS LONGER

The steam and leaking in the upper right corner turned out to be a leaky valve. I may have been able to fix it by just replacing the O-rings. However, the only place I found to get the right rings was in the kit to replace the steam valve assembly.
