Your machine coffee temperature is standard and is factory
set. The temperature is control by the temperature sensor which is fixed
temperature and located on the boiler and is connected to the electronic board.
Usually there three possible reasons why you have cold coffee.
One the boiler and water pipe system is full of scale and
you need to de-scale the machine by performing a couple of times. And if the
scale is very hard the you need to disassemble the machine and manually remove
the scale from boiler and piping or even replace the boiler complete part 54.
Second case is that the sensor is bad and you need to
replace it part 34.
And last one less possible only if the two above have not
made any result to replace the electronic board part no 39.
