Your machine coffee temperature is standard and is factory
set. The temperature is control by the temperature sensor which is fixed
temperature and located on the boiler and is connected to the electronic board.
Usually there three possible reasons why you have cold coffee.

One the boiler and water pipe system is full of scale and
you need to de-scale the machine by performing a couple of times. And if the
scale is very hard the you need to disassemble the machine and manually remove
the scale from boiler and piping or even replace the boiler complete part 54.

Second case is that the sensor is bad and you need to
replace it part 34.

And last one less possible only if the two above have not
made any result to replace the electronic board part no 39.

Il post e' vecchio, ma spero sia utile per altre persone con lo stesso problema.
Dopo aver cercato in lungo e in largo un modo per fermare le perdite d'acqua che oramai erano esasperanti, ho trovato la causa di tutto:
Dietro al blocco estraibile della macchina, si intravede un ulteriore sportellino innestato a pressione.
Aprendolo, ho notato che nel tempro di era totalmente intasato di polvere di caffe'.
Dopo una buona pulizia, la macchina e' tornata a funzionare senza buttare un solo goccio di acqua fuori dal vassoio di raccolta!

Re the Gaggia no power problem, the machine does have a re set button, 2 in fact the boiler unit must be removed and the two reset switches are between the sender units (brown in colour).
After disconecting the power source open the machine (top off)The three alan head screws that retain the boiler (front of the machine) unit must be removed it can be lifted clear to gain access to the bottom of the unit where the reset buttons are.
This will save hundreds of dollars in shipping and service fees.
DIY takes about 10-20 min well worth it.
Take care when doing this opperation 240 volts can kill.

Is the heating element working? did you check it for continuity. Replace it.

First open it and check the fuse, note that it is not a glass one it is a Non-Resettable Wire Ended Fuse, which you can easily test with a multimeter, if is bad change it, if not, there is also a Thermostat in the heating element, check it too. These are the main elements to stop the coffee maker.

Check the 2 thermal cutouts located on the side of the boilerPress to reset

The unit requires a new grinder assembly

With these removable units, you must be very careful, the circular mechanism that does the running of the Y motion need to be properly alligned. You need to perhaps put the back of a knife in it and adjust until all the parts align, Then it must click in easily. If you have forced it in the clip will not release. you need to rattle it a little.
