Which model???? generally there is a control circuit fuse yes on most models

Best way to find a carb is to start with the actual engine model number and type. It should be stamped on engine fan cover. With engine model information, contact local parts dealer for your brand of engine (not Coleman/Powermate, but Briggs, Kohler, Honda, etc.) There are many options for locating parts, including ebay once you have identified brand type model.
