How do i get verifone omni 3740 to print dark receipts a

Receipt Feeds,But Nothing Is Printed On It. Not using thermal paper.
Ensure thermal paper is being used. OR MAYBE
Thermal paper loaded upside down.
Ensure thermal paper is being fed from underneath the roll, as it will only print on one side of the paper.

The print on our Omni 3740 is not working. We have to push the cover down hard to make it print. I think the roller is not pushing hard enough or the clamp to hold the cover is out of alighnment. Need help.

The print head needs cleaning; run cleaning paper through it (purchase from Verifone dealer).

Where did you purchase the machine from? Or do you know what companies have downloaded onto it previously? They must have changed it at some point.

This would be in the programming they have to use, the only option would be to change to another provider.

Most likely:

1, alpha, alpha (little gray button between the four purple keys), 66831, enter

Thermal paper has only one print side, take the paper out and flip it to the other side.

The printer needs to be replaced. I do have the printer mechs for the Omni 3200s which I sell for $50.

Rubber band?

We found that it was neither the thermal paper roll nor the thermal component. The cover did not close tight enough and that caused the print-put to be light or missing printed areas.
