The Honda GX160 is a single-cylinder multipurpose engine, so it doesn't have a timing belt, fuel filter, or any other wires other than the single spark plug wire and a ground. I'm having the same trouble with my Honda GX160. Spark is good, compression feels a bit lacking though, I haven't measured it. I've heard that the carburetor might be the cause, either needing to be cleaned or replaced as a whole. Dunking it in CLR works wonders, and if that doesn't work, you could probably find a new carburetor pretty cheaply.
In most cases this is because you have a high pressure tip, the red, white, yellow or green tip, on the wand. The detergent system will only work if you have the black, soap tip on the wand. With a pressure tip on the wand, there is too much back pressure for the syphon system to work. If you are using the soap tip, check the feed tube for the detergent for blockage, especially at the pickup filter and where it attaches to the water line.
A common mistake people make when using the detergent dispenser is to use one of the high pressure tips on the wand while trying to dispense detergent. You have to use the black, soap tip so there isn't too much back pressure in the line for the dispenser to work. If you are using the black tip, check the dispenser line and fitting where it connects to the line for anything that may be blocking the line.
You have to make sure that you are using the correct nozzle, see this attached link for the nozzle that you should use in order to get the machine to **** chemical or detergent.
you have downstream injection and this means only with low pressure will **** chemical you need a soap nozzle or check your injector make sure is in the right direccion
You won't see one. You can not pump chlorine or detergent through the
pump. What you can do is get an injector kit which will siphon solution into
the discharge from the pump. The problem is that it will be at low pressure.
When you are applying a solution, it is done at low pressure to do a wet down.
You allow that to work for a few minutes then you pressure wash after the
solution has done its job. If you try to apply the solution at high pressure
you will only waste your product as it will have no benefit being in contact
with the surface but for a few hundredths of a second. There are pumps that
will apply chemicals under pressure such as a golf course might use to spray
fertilizer on the greens. These type pumps are pressure sprayers and you mix
your chemicals in a tank and the pump pulls the solution from the tank, These
pumps are made of chemical resistant materials and are fairly expensive. They
however are not pressure washer type pumps.
It could be several things...oil level, make sure its sitting on level ground...if not did you use StaBil when you laid her up for the season? If not, go to Advance Auto and buy "SeaFoam" and following directions run it for as long as it will run...make sure you have water running through the pump during tests! Good Luck
Is there an oil sensor unit if it is going bad it tells the engine the oil low and engine wont start. I had same problem with my pressure washer, i just unplugged the sensor unit and it started fine ever since
Buy a new plug, drain out all of the old gas and put in new gas, and take a look at the air cleaner. If the air cleaner is dirty replace it. There you now have a good spark, good fuel and good air. The engine should start. If it doesn't get some carberator cleaner spray and some starting fluid spray.
