The buzzing only happens when the dryer is heating/ gas is lit and heating. Buzzing is constant until heating cycle stops. No other problems but quite annoying, I'd like to find the buzzer and unplug it.
I know this is old, but I just got this problem fixed and would like to help other people with this issue. It's the gas valve coils (solenoids). They're faulty, and mine came that way... I lived with that horrible sound for years. I was out of warranty but called Samsung to figure out the problem. They said it was "normal operation" which was total BS. When the coil clicked on, it rattled and buzzed super loud. Had a repair guy come. Samsung charges 200$+ for the replacement gas valve coils. However, my repair guy found that the part that came with the dryer was actually made by Maytag!! They swapped out the faulty Maytag coils with a working part and the buzzing has stopped. BAD IDEA THERE IS A REASON IT IS BUZZING? FIND THAT OUT FIRST

open the door set the timer fo 60 min reach in while holding down the door switch give it a good spin hard clockwise and tell me what happens

I would suspect the drum belt has broken.

The thermostat that controls the heat has failed. Try one of the other settings on the timer switch ans see if it will heat, the different cycles use different thermostats.
