Hello,i am sadik from south africa.i have HP Laserjet M1005 MFP. From last 2days i having a problem with it.when i switch on it says initializing and then scanner error 20. after then nothing happend...pl help me...
Mr Sadiq (Aslam Alikum )can you please tell me how the scanner error 20 in hp laserjet M1005 MFp was solved, I am facing the same problem since morning.

it is a physical brocken piece that supports scanner mechanism.
if you open that plate /scanner mechanism and if you drill that plastic sheet and try some manufactureed alluminium or metal projection and place it in the hole drilled by you and put washer and screew so that that supports ;the scanner mechanism and your scanner /printer works . the scanner mechanism may costs you around 3,000-00 rupees.
