Hi marilyn, Sadly no mobility scooter manual will give you such information, i willing to help , what do you want to know ? faulty lights , thinking of fitting a new controller ?

Check the multi pin connector on tiller and where it connects under the seat between the batteries. Most common problem.

The older control boards can be repaired. Email me, the rebuilder is the only ones with real prints, because they used to work for Curtis. they warranty their work and I have never had one of the rebuilds fail. new those controllers were$480, rebuild maybe half of that but they warranty it longer than original. So another option is up dating the old system but that is like $800, the question just came up with a customer last week. Scooter Doctor App

hi, firstly what controller is fitted (curtis) ? then i can give you a ideal controller wiring schematic but you won't get hold of a Rascal one..

hi, to bypass the key switch by removing the tiller cover, that is the cover in with the key lock is attached to.

Then all you need to do is short the pins and watch the scooter light up. how ever if there are more than two pins, take the black wire on and short that either to one of the others, do this with care not to touch any other wires within the control panel.

Neil wood, the Rascal 600 DOES use an on board charger. What signal is the white wire looking for to make the scooter move is the question. 28v?
