The flame sensor is fine because it is powering up the ignitor. The dryer does heat a little. It can be only one thing: The solenoids are aged and weak. They work at first then the heat up and quit.

remove your heat sink then clean the surface of the heat sink with clen cloth apply athin layer of heatsink compund and fix the heat sink tightly if the heatsink is dried or worn out the heatsink gets heated up also check the fan is working

There is a thermostat that regulates temperature. Your dryer MIGHT be overheating. Check your lint filter, vent, and vent hose for blockage first. If not, it might be time to replace the heating element.
