The CCD (Charge Couple Device) That large black looking thing under the big glass with a lens looking thing on it. That's what covers the original document in data for the laser to put on the drum. Well it is failing its internal calibration. Trying cleaning the lens DO NOT REMOVE THE CCD ASSY IT IS SET A SPECIFIC DISTANCE and angles it will mess up you copies only tech should do it. Use DRY rag. to clean the front end mite clean both sides of the large glass and refelector of exposure lamp.

It's been a while since you posted that but you may just need to slide it back out and shake it back and forth (long ways) a few times. We had the same problem and the konica minolta tech told us to do that. It worked. DO NOT turn it upside down though.

Open c:\windows\system32
find a file called MSTMON_Q.EXE
right click and rename the file to anything with a file extension .exe, I named it MSTMON.EXE
Create a shortcut to this new file in case you need it in the future and put the shortcut on your desktop
also, write the original name of the file down or put it on notepad, in case you want to change it back.
restart windows

Change the status to "Online". Sounds crazy, but most likely you print driver is set to enable "SNMP" on the port settings. Disbale this setting in the print driver, also set print Queue to "LPR" and name the LPR queue as "printer". Make sure there are no jobs int he queue when you change the port settings.
