The school cannot 'block' the computer. If you are asking how to get round a password, so you can use a stolen computer, you are on the wrong site. That is a criminal activity. You would be far better contacting the school and telling them you bought it innocently. If you bought stolen property you should be trying to get your money back from the seller. Apart from that, are there no police where you live? They are the ones that are interested in people that sell stolen property.
Are you using an Internet-connected network provided by your employer or by your school?
If so, then trying to access a "blocked" site using your employer's computers, or your school's computers, could get you suspended or fired or expelled from school.
Get a letter from your parents, justifying why you need to access "time-wasting" sites (YouTube, FaceBook) using school-computers, during school hours, and give the letter to the school's principal.
Or, buy a "wireless Internet stick" -- for about $40/month, you connect this stick into any USB port, and, if there is cell-phone coverage within range of the computer, you have unblocked Internet access.
It won't be possible unless you have access to the administrator computer that controls the rest of the school computers. If the computer has no admin computer then you have to go into the internet security settings to unblock the website that you want to visit.
In most cases school computers are setup with limited rights so hacking into them can lead to you being expelled from school or at the very least being reprimanded for it.
I don't advise you do this at all because if you don't know what you are doing you can inadvertently wipe important files from the computer which could include other students home. Your school will not take kindly to that.
Even stipulating that you are an honest person who is authorized to remove the lock on this computer, posting unlocking instructions here would empower other readers who are not. I recommend you contact a school system administrator or an Apple-certified repair facility.
