if you have windows live mail open up the inbox for win live mail
in the top line you will see home,folders ,view, accounts
click on accounts click on that and you will see properties
click on that and click on the servers tab
ensure that the following is in place
income server is POP3
assuming you have a big pond account
next line is incoming mail is mail.bigpond.com

out going mail (SMPT) will be mail.bigpond.com or what you have
e-mail user name is what you have setup in the telstra account
the pass word will be what you have entered with the telstra account click log on using clear text
apply the entries and when you want an e-mail it should work for you
if you want to add an e-mail account then besides the properties tab you will see e-mail
click on that and fill it out but it will not work with bigpond as that is a reserved domain so you will need something like gmail, hot mail, yahoo etc

Get to Microsoft exchange server. Your account is still there you gotta dig for it. If it is that a hot mail account went to outlook. There is a app its called connect to hot mail. It happened to me. And it wasn't easy. But its there and its yours. For ever. Microsoft exchange server has changed or deleted from device.

I suggest contacting them, and see what they tell you to do , I went thru that also

hot mail has become outlook.com,, just click on this link and go to the bottom where is say DON'T HAVE A MICROSOFT ACCOUNT CLICK ON SIGN UP NOW AND FOLLOW THE PROMPTS..

please put your hot mail id in BCC column for every mails you sent. So the same will come to your hot mail and nobody will see your hot mail id since its in BCC
