If you have the disc reading problem then you will need to stop the heat getting to the sensors on the back of the Xbox 360.

You can do this yourself using a good guide or oyu can send it in.

Might be a problem with the System or the wii, if you just bought it take it back to the store and tell them the problem to get a new console.
If that did not help contact Nintendo.
