I hope you still have the batteries,as there is a service that can bring batteries back to life.Try contacting your nearest repair service for your product.There are charity run businesses that hire disability aids for getting around town for the day.Give them your question and ask about the battery service I refer to.I hope this helped you,Colin

Are you referring to warning lights on the dash board? The flashing battery light may mean you have a charging problem and the flashing brake light may mean you need break fluid or have an other brake issue. Take it to a service station or the dealer. Or read the owners manual.

Hi Andrew, if the flash-ready light doesn't come on after inserting new batteries, then you have a problem with your flash. You need to send it to a Nikon Service Centre

If the flash light part is short the flash light will always on after inserting battery.you need to take your mobile phone to a service center

Did you replace those parts based on the trouble code? Or are you just throwing parts at it? What are the codes?

Typically, it means your batteries are low but I am sure that you know that already.
The next cause is a mechanical failure. The flash has capacitors that **** up the battery power until they have a full charge and the trigger the ready light. Therefore, if your batteries are good then it is likely that the capacitors are disconnected or have failed. Eitherway, you will most likely have to send it out to a Canon service center. According to the owners manual for these swimming pool lights, this is what each colored indicator means. Hope this helps.


Solid green
The battery pack is fully charged.
Slow flashing green
The battery pack is almost fully charged.
Slow flashing yellow
The battery pack is half charged.
Medium flashing yellow
The battery pack is less than half charged.
Fast flashing yellow
The battery pack has almost no charge.
Fast flashing red
A charging error has occurred and the light should be unplugged and then plugged back in. If the Fast Flashing Red persists after several attempts, the battery condition is questionable.



Also in the trouble shooting guide, it mentions this:


Problem: Red Indicator Light Is Flashing While Charging

Solution:
A red flashing indicator light when charging indicates a selftest
error condition. Unplug the product and plug it in again.
Try this several times; if the indicator light continues to flash
red, unplug the GlowBuoy and take it to an authorized service
depot.

That usually indicates battery is beginning to go bad. Eventually it will not hold a charge and will need to be replaced.

Have you activated phone yet? When phone is activated and in service it flashes green. It's hard to believe it would flash green without a SIM card, as there is no service...unless AT&T is providing emergency service only and you're getting a flashing green which means you're in range of their towers.
