Connect your GPS to a computer. Use explorer to explore the contents of your device. Locate the intruders, select and delete them. make sure you do not remove your maps (if you have no backup).

If your problem is, say, downloading music (mp3) text (txt) or photos (jpeg) then all you need do is drag the files to the ResidentFlash part of the device (not into the Primo folder). The device will find them for you to listen, read or watch. If you find that you have used the Reset facility (I would not recommend it) and you have lost access to the maps, click on the NavPath icon, click on the lower box to reveal the ResidentFlash icon, click on Primo then the .exe file (Igo.exe in my case).
