Hard to answer without more details. If the apple logo turns on but then the operating system do not load, the problem possibly is your hard disk. It may be also a memory module that got displaced.
You have to un-screw all screws at the back and verify that your memory modules aren't dispaced, or a power cord/connector disconnected. In case this also fails, you have to carry your computer to a professional tech service.

Camera on laptop mackbook air not working after solution got on it

After solution got on it - does that mean that liquid was spilled on the computer?
Unfortunately, there is very little you can do to repair this without access to specific parts and tools. You can go to iFixIt.com and look at teardown instructions for your specific model of MacBook Air, but it is difficult and has a significant risk of damage.
Recommend if you need the camera, take it to an Apple qualified repair shop.

I turn on the camera and the screen starts flashing. lenses wont come out all the way. Fell in the pool.

if it fell in the pool you wouldn't have turned it on instead you would have pulled out the batteries and place the camera in a conducive environment for it to dry for about 2hrs before turning it on......Anyway you can still try..

Trying to copy from my mackbook to phone memory card and getting code 36

36 is an I/O error. Your card may need to be re-formated. Possibly replaced. Is your memory card seen by the phone?

Fell on the pool but it's off when it fell and it turned on but later on it did'nt turn on anymore

The water inside the camera became conductive and did damage to components on the circuit boards, and possibly did some damage to some of the mechancial parts. The camera would have to be rebuilt.

From past experience this type of repair has not been worth the cost. I would shop around for a new camera.
